BDL Secure New Project in London

The project comprises an 8-storey, 37,000m² cut-and-carve office redevelopment.

Our scope includes shell and core drywall, core plasterboard ceilings, riser doors, thermal soffit insulation and passive fire protection to both new and existing structural steel throughout the development.

A key aspect of our appointment is the delivery of a full Contractor Design Portion (CDP) and BIM design package, developed in-house from Stage 4 information through to construction.
