SCOPE:

The design and build of 8 levels (incl. basements) of commercial office & leisure centre spaces. Comprising soffit insulation, core & perimeter drylining, plasterboard & SAS ceilings, fire protection to steel structure, acoustic ceiling & wall panelling and fire rated riser doors.

SPECIFICATION:

British Gypsum & Siniat drywall systems, Promat fire protection systems, Knauf soffits & panelling, SAS ceilings & Selo riser door sets.
