SCOPE:

The design and build of 21 levels (incl. basements) of commercial office & LUL spaces. Comprising soffit insulation, screeding, core drylining, plasterboard & SAS ceilings, CAT B ceiling fitout with integrated lighting panels, fire protection to steel structure and fire rated riser doors.

SPECIFICATION:

Siniat drywall systems, Promat fire protection systems, sand & cement screed with void formers, Knauf soffits, Barrisol lighting panels, SAS ceilings & Selo riser door sets.
