David is The Head of People at Carey Group, which includes BDL, having joined the business in 2019 as a HR Advisor.
David was subsequently promoted to HRBP in 2020 prior to being promoted to Head of People on an Interim basis in 2023 and then permanently in 2024.
David has worked on a broad range of HR and business projects including project managing the BDL Onboarding platform which launched in 2024 and working on implementing the HR strategy.
The management team's passion and energy when it comes to our colleagues makes it a pleasure to partner with them on people related activity and strategy.
