Elliot began his tenure at BDL as a site supervisor in June 2001, before transitioning to the commercial team in 2004.
He has since contributed to various high-profile commercial projects, including retail and educational developments across London and the South East. In 2019, he was appointed Commercial Director, where he led our washroom fit out division and successfully delivered high-quality projects for clients such as Stanhope, Mace, Lendlease, and British Land.
In my current role, I oversee the estimating team for our Commercial region. I collaborate closely with clients on budgets and cost plans, while working alongside the BDL Commercial leadership team and estimators to ensure a consistent pipeline of quality projects well into the future.
