Peter Fillmore joined BDL in 1992 as a Project Manager, before becoming Design and Development Manager in 1999 and subsequently Project Development Manager and brings over 30 years’ experience to the business.
Peter is responsible for heading up the pre and post contract design and planning services, advising clients and architects on detail matters and ensuring that methods agreed pre-contract are implemented during construction.
More recently he has managed the companies implementation of BIM. He has worked on a range of high profile projects which include Bloomberg, The Shard and the Athletes Village.
The teams main role is to provide those on site with clear and thorough design and technical information for the variety of projects we undertake. Long before a projects commencement I am involved with architects, clients and consultants to influence the design from a compliance, aesthetic and efficient perspective. Bringing this information together and then working with all the different site teams to deliver projects to completion is a very rewarding process.
