We are delighted to have won Project of the Year (Over £50m) at the Construction News Awards.
The award, submitted jointly with Multiplex, recognises the transformation of the former American Embassy at 30 Grosvenor Square into The Chancery Rosewood, a landmark luxury hotel in the heart of Mayfair.
This prestigious project combined complex engineering, meticulous craftsmanship and a commitment to preserving one of London's most iconic buildings, successfully reimagining it for a new era while respecting its architectural heritage.
The judges praised both the quality of the submission and the project itself, commenting:
“The Chancery Rosewood impressed judges with its ambitious transformation of a historic building into a world-class hotel while preserving its heritage. Exceptional engineering expertise and meticulous attention to detail were evident throughout the project. A remarkable example of heritage repurposing.”
