Megan McNiven, an apprentice Quantity Surveyor at our energy from waste project, Skelton Grange, Leeds, shares what her roles involves on a day-to-day basis, how she segwayed into her degree apprenticeship, the benefits she gains from real time 'hands on' experience working onsite combined with the advantage of 'theory' learning at university and her future aspirations.
